We have been very blessed in addition to our attention to detail.  As a result we have outgrown our current facilities and are in the process over the next few months to relocating and diversifying.  Our in house Design Center and Interior Design services have been so successful to us as General Contractors that we have decided to relocate the design center to a retail strip center next door to the current offices at 6406 Highway 78 Ste. 100 Sachse, Texas 75048.  This will allow better retail sales and the ability to service other contractors and builders without them fearing competition.  All products at the Design Center are sold retail to customers at affordable prices.  In addition to the current product line of; Armstrong Cabinets, Chandler Cabinets, Soci, Jeffery Alexander, American Tile, Inter ceramic, South wind Carpet Mills, Design House fixtures and lighting, Westlock Door Knobs, Elements Hardware, Mullican Wood Flooring, MPH international, Ark Wood Flooring and many more for the entire home, the new location will allow us to offer quality Furniture from a well known manufacture with a product line of over 1,000 items.  This will serve as a benefit to the community, and will be very beneficial to our Fire Damage Claims customers who need to replace an entire house of furniture, have it arrive the day we complete the project and setup for their new lives back in their new home.

Additionally, we will have a self service model yogurt store inside the Design Center called Yogurt-Ur-Way.  With multiple flavors of frozen yogurt and fresh toppings, our customers will be able to enjoy a healthy snack while deciding what is the next project they would like to do.  Is it a Kitchen, A new Master Bath, some Wood Flooring, a Formal Dining Room set or just need to pick out some cabinet knobs, either way the Flooring and Design Center has what our customers need - EVERYTHING!  Look for the blog on the grand opening date - See you There!! Have a good day! - Scott Williams

What are Contractor Credentials
Posted by Scott Williams

Contractor credentials come in various forms.  Experience would be the greatest.  The Insurance Restoration Fire and Water Damage repair industry is a very tight knit and uniquely small industry.  The Contractors that carry good credentials have been around awhile and have proved themselves to customer and insurance relationships time and time again.  While all Contractors will have problems with projects, it is the resolution that sets credentialed contractors apart.  After all the Art of Construction is Efficiently and Effectively resolving Problems! Should I use my Insurance Companies recommended Contractor ?
Posted by Scott Williams
You should always seriously consider any contractor that your insurance company recommends and guarantees their work. There is a difference between an adjuster referring a contractor versus the actual insurance company having a program that requires the contractor to be credentialed in order to be recommended.  The main deciding factor, aside from typical due diligence, should land on if the insurance company actually warrantees or guarantees there work for any period of time.  If they do, then your risk of getting a low quality contractor drops significantly.  Hope it helps & have a good day! - Scott Williams
