We build our estimates to reflect the actual reconstruction process. This, along with explanations when needed, helps to create an accurate portrait of the loss. In addition, we survey the loss with digital photos available upon request.
Our estimates reflect actual footages by deducting for all openings, adding for standard waste and assessing true cost on specialty items.
