Estimator and Sales, KENNY HOWELL joined the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team in 2009, bringing 15 years of experience in large-scale property inspection and claims oversight. Kenny has been a licensed Casualty/Property adjuster since 1996 and his experience in all aspects of the claims and inspection process bring a unique and well-rounded set of skills to our construction team.
Project Manager, MIGUEL IVON has been with the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team since 2008. He brought 20 years of construction management, quality control, and supervision to our team. Miguel's thorough processes and proven techniques lead to a very cohesive team; these steps ensure our client projects are completed to client specification and stay within budget and original scope. Miguel was a Platoon Leader and Aviation Operation Specialist in The United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1990. He is OSHA, EPA & CPR certified and fluent in English and Spanish.
Project Manager, DON CONNELLY joined the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team in early 2010. Don brings an 18-year background in construction management and homebuilding. During his 18 year tenure in the remodeling and restoration arena, he has served in many positions including Purchasing Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Area Construction Manager. Don received a BA in Business from Abilene Christian University.
Associate Project Manager, JONATHAN BONDS has been with the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team since 2010 after spending six years as a licensed Texas real estate agent. Jonathan's history in residential property combined with nine years in productive safety control and loss management, makes him a perfect addition to the WilliamsContractingDFW.com family and a great asset to our customers.
Lead Carpenter, CHRIS KIBART has been with WilliamsContractingDFW.com since 2007. Chris has 12 years of experience in carpentry, demolition, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Chris' well-rounded experience in all things construction related ensure project specifications are always met on budget and on schedule. His attention to detail and genuine desire to see customer lives back to normal as quickly as possible is evident by the customer feedback we receive.
Carpenter, SHANE HODGE joined the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team in 2009 after 12 successful years as a Lead Installer and Lead Technician. Shane's hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure client projects are completed specifically to project specification. Shane's can-do attitude and unique ability to understand a project's scope in its entirety proves to be a great asset for the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team and our clients.
Apprentice Carpenter, CARLOS VILLEGAS started his career with the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team as a Painting Contractor in 2009. After learning the many project intricacies unique to the WilliamsContractingDFW.com high standards of excellence, Carlos earned his current position with our team. Prior to joining our team, Carlos was a successfully self-employed contractor using his various skills in many different areas, giving him the ability to see large projects in a complete picture.
