Interior Designer and Selections Coordinator, DEBRA SCHMULBACH joined the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team in 2009 bringing 18 years of exemplary design and management experience to the WilliamsContractingDFW.com design team. Debra has been recognized for her excellence in strict project budget management and strong client satisfaction. She attended in excess of 70 different SBC scheduled courses in excess of 1000 hours of specialized training. Debra is bi-lingual; making the design selection process smooth in both English and Spanish.

Warehouse Manager, ERIC WILLIAMS joined the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team in early 2011. Eric brings a very strong background in auto and machine mechanics with a strong emphasis on quality control and assurance along with an extraordinary dedication to customer service. Eric administers uses of his expertise and attention to detail to ensure the company warehouse is organized, safe, and efficient. He manages the daily operational activities of the warehouse and fleet for a distribution center within a direct store delivery network. Erics is recognized by Williams Contracting as hard working and demonstrates great communication skills with ability to multi-task effectively.

Flooring Installer and Carpenter ARMANDO OTERO joined the WilliamsContractingDFW.com team in 2010 and has surpassed everyone's high expectations. Armando uses his 13 years of expertise and experience in flooring, safety practices, and blue print interpretation everyday to ensure our client projects are completed on schedule and on budget. He won a bid for installation of flooring at the Hilton Hotel in Arlington, Texas and for building restaurant tables for Chili's and On The Border, for over-seas exportation. Armando is bi-lingual; making the design selection process smooth in both English and Spanish.
