Contract / Schedule - Once the estimate has been approved by you, we draft written contracts with you and begin creating the schedules that establish start date, estimated working days, and initial completion date. With our Web Portal application, you will be involved and educated in every stage.
Project Management - Your project will be overseen by one Project Manager from start to finish. Your Project Manager helps you make selections, schedules the tradesmen and contractors, ensures material availability, and most of all oversees quality control with your overall budget in mind. Our Project Managers have your best interest in mind, and believe the art of construction is efficiently and effectively resolving problems.
Completion - Successful project completion is critical. We thoroughly review every project to ensure every project is completed - completely completed!
Final Bill Review - Your final bill will never have surprises. We add change orders after YOU approve them, all project managers use field forms to ensure that if you wish to add or change work, you receive the price difference in writing. All changes are reflected on your final bill, and we are always available for a line-by-line review of your bill.
