Meet Scott
Scott Williams founded Williams Contracting in August of 1993. With only two years of experience as a roof installer, Scott began taking subcontract work from other Dallas contractors in the areas of demolition, hauling, framing, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry, and others. With the workload and customer referrals increasing, Scott began supervising more crews of workmen, which later paid off in construction management experience.
In July of 1995, Williams Contracting began Insurance Restoration General Contracting work as a result of customer requests. The workflow slowly changed from producing other contractors’ work to generating and producing Williams Contracting’s original quality version of Insurance Restoration.
Today, Scott still owns and operates Williams Contracting with the care and service that placed him a step above in 1993. Scott has been known to still pick up a hammer, build a cabinet or join in the trenches. He says, “I won’t ask someone to do something I’m not willing to do myself.”
