Contractor credentials come in various forms.  Experience would be the greatest.  The Insurance Restoration Fire and Water Damage repair industry is a very tight knit and uniquely small industry.  The Contractors that carry good credentials have been around awhile and have proved themselves to customer and insurance relationships time and time again.  While all Contractors will have problems with projects, it is the resolution that sets credentialed contractors apart.  After all the Art of Construction is Efficiently and Effectively resolving Problems!
